The vast majority of you know that I am a musician, and that music plays a huge role in the fabric of my being. This is something that I share with my fellow Rubblers Bloumeister and Mrs. MeatÉ this love of music is vast and varied. In requesting and adding various musical artists to the Musicblood friends list, I've spent many hours listening to diverse forms of musical expression, and have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of excellence out there.

All of the following artists excel, in my opinion, at their chosen mode of expression. They also share a common trait; they are up-and-comers and not benefitting from major-label financing or push. This factor, and their authentic passion and vibe, makes them well worth a listen and more than deserving of our support.

Please take some time to give them your ear, and if you like what you hear and have a page on MySpace, by all means let your praises be heard!
