We have a fantastic giveaway announcement for attendees at Basia's gig at Timothy's Pub this Saturday, December 17th!
Basia is joining forces with Cezar Spirala, owner of Springwood Cottages to raffle off a $500 voucher to a lucky rock n' roller spending their Saturday evening with Basia and the guys! The voucher is for a 1 night/2 day stay for two at Springwood's main luxury house, which includes a hot tub, sauna and complimentary bottle of wine!
Having grown up together as classmates in Etobicoke, Basia and Cezar are excited to bring some attention to each other's businesses for Basia's first gig back in their old 'hood in several years! Those who come out not only get a wicked night of rock n' roll, but a chance for a free, luxurious weekend getaway!
Raffle tickets will be a steal, too! 1 for $2 or 3 for $5! Plus, we'll be giving away some merch to boot! No cover, friends supporting friends, awesome tunes and free stuff?! Sounds like the makings of a pretty fantastic pre-holiday Saturday night!

We are back from Tennessee! We had an amazing time in Nashville, checking out venues, musicians and all the city has to offer! We even lucked out and caught a Hank 3 show! Basia bought her first acoustic guitar - a gorgeous Taylor GS Mini with stunning tone! Memphis was wild as well, we saw Sun Studios and Graceland and spent an evening taking in the sounds (and tastes) of Beale St. Nashville, Basia will be back before you know it. ;)
Huge thanks to everyone who made us feel welcome in The Music City! Memories to last a lifetime!

We regret to announce that Rickfest in Welland, ON has be cancelled this year, so Basia will not be performing on August 6th. We wish the team at Rickfest all the best and hopefully we can be a part of the event next year. :)

They're a ridiculously tight live band with an incredible catalogue of songs whose melodies will floor you! You're only punishing yourself if you don't click the link and have a listen - think Supertramp, Queen, Billy Joel, Elton John and Pink Floyd all balled into one, with a 21st century twist!

Basia is a top 12 finalist for the Toronto branch of the Hard Rock Cafe's Battle of the Bands! The prize? The opportunity to go to London, England to play the Hard Rock Calling Festival in Hyde Park, with Bon Jovi as the headliners!
Basia will be competing in the semi-finals on February 9th, 2011 and the Yonge and Dundas square location of the Hard Rock Cafe in Toronto! If she wins, she will compete in the qualifying round on Februrary 23rd! Stay tuned for news and details!
